The journey to achieving six pack abs has not been easy for me. I think I was brave enough to admit that I want six pack abs, but I did not know how to achieve it. After trying some misleading programs, medications and supplements, I am fully convinced that the only true way that one can build a six-pack abs is through a natural bodybuilding program.
I Want Six Pack: Problems I Faced
Before I get into the basics of natural bodybuilding, it is important that I mention the misleading supplement and medication programs that people are being led into on a daily basis. Let no one cheat you that supplements are going to change your body without you going to the gym. Without pain, you will not gain muscles.
One of the most popular supplements is creatine and I thought that since I want six pack abs I should try it. The issue of whether this substance falls under the category of banned substances remains contentious. It is not clear whether the International Olympic Committee has made it illegal or not. The truth of the matter is that most profession bodybuilders who participate in international competitions make use of it. This could be the reason why the Committee has yet to allow bodybuilding to be incorporated into the Olympic as a competitive sport. This says a lot about the dissatisfaction of the international body with use of supplements in order to build ones muscles.
On a personal note, creatine did no good to my appearance. I would feel masculine but there was no motivation to go to the gym. The fear of suffering from side effects was overwhelming. The fact that I did not have to go to the gym made me very worried. Additionally, I used to take glycemic carbohydrates. This form of carbohydrates is optimized for maximum release of energy.
The other main problem that dogged my efforts at getting six packs was inability to reduce the number of calories that were getting into my body. It was only after about 3 years that I stumbled upon an interesting discovery: that if you cut back on the number of calories that you take into your body by 500 calories each day, then you are going to lose 1lb within one week.
From this experience, I learnt a very crucial lesson in building six pack abs, which has something to do with core exercises and maintenance of the right diet. Whenever I said to myself I want six pack abs exercises, crunches came into mind. After spending a whole night doing them, I was always unable to get the desired results even after continuing with the program for a whole month. All I ended up with were back pains.
Then I stumbled on cardio and thought that this was the ultimate way to get them. Cardio did not prove to work out either. It can really stimulate all the five abdominal muscles that make the abs become revealed, but then again if you do not get these in the proper shape the looks are far from perfect. The cardio also gave me additional strength, but somehow I just did not get the perfect six pack bas that I wanted so desperately. I felt fit and I knew I had the power to make it work, but what I lacked was more knowledge on bodybuilding and its secrets.
I Want a Six Pack Abs: Finally Found Something That Works And Made Tremendous Changes
So, I decided to look for a reliable bodybuilding program that could be of help and since I want six pack abs so badly I will never give up trying. I read many reviews and I have to be honest with you that I was lucky enough to make the right choice from with the first shot. Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building Program and Your Six Pack Quest worked and is still working wonders for me. I simply cannot describe how rewarding the whole experience is and above all I still cannot stop smiling that I got the six pack abs I wanted so quickly. Thanks to Vince and its guidance now I am the sexiest guy in my group of friends and even in the whole office. Yes, I am not being modest, but I am so happy that I simply need to show off.
One of the main aspects about No Nonsense Muscle Building which grabbed me from the start was that it rejects completely the use of any kinds of supplements. I already described the horrors I had when I was using creatine and I did not want to endure those ever again. Vince is totally against the use of these chemical substances, but talks about the appropriate dietary plan that is healthy and nutritional for every bodybuilder. It was really encouraging for me to read his own story of how he managed to achieve the perfect body only through his own efforts. I have to admit that the guy is quite tough on you and he means business, but he also knows how to motivate you and give you strength to go on. The phrase “I want six pack abs” never went out of my head thanks to Vince.
The Your Six Pack Quest program is perfect for all those guys and even girls out there that feel absolutely lost and do not know how to set up a proper exercising schedule and what to include in it. I am not a novice myself, but this guide really made it easy for me to set and perform the ideal exercising plan. I really enjoyed the fact that you do not have to work out like crazy twenty four hours a day seven days a week in order to get the sexiest six pack abs. The training sessions are designed to be intense, but not harmful in any way. Vince really showed me how to protect my body from pain and injuries, which I find invaluable.
You should not be afraid to say “I want six pack abs” and to take the right action to make it happen. The No Nonsense Muscle Building program is your guide for success. It will not fail you. It will give you the six pack abs and the perfect body that you have always wanted.
