Do you have a ripped body that anyone would envy? If yes, then lucky you and congrats for all the work you've put in. If no, then by now you know that a fit body is not only a muscular one, well defined, symmetrical and balanced, but also a ripped and shredded to the bone. The good thing is, if you want to be like me and have that well muscular, defined, balanced and ripped body, I am about to discuss how to get ripped fast with proper nutrition, aerobic exercises and also weight training.
In fact, if you dream of the ripped body, then you exactly have that by next summer. I also need not emphasize that indeed a ripped body will go well with ripped abs. For this reason, I will also be telling you on how to get ripped abs in just 30 days. However, if you've body fat is more than 18 to 21% then it may take a little longer. Actually, I am going to give you a step by step guide that I used and some few tips on that. But first, let’s see how you can get your body ripped before you even know it.
First and foremost, you need to know exactly where you are currently. Are you that huge guy in the gym who can’t actually stand a chance in a fitness model show because when you take your shirt off you have no muscle definition? If I am talking about you, then all you have been doing is just lifting weights and getting bigger. The second person is the skinny guy. You have no muscle mass and definitely your veins props out of your tank vest which actually makes you think you're ripped.
The simple truth is, you are not ripped. But worry not and read on how to get ripped with eating right, weight training and also cardio. However most importantly, beware that for you to get ripped, you must have some muscle mass and muscle definition as well. Therefore it’s important that you know whether you need to add on the muscle mass i.e. if you're skinny, or loose excess fat if you're huge and with no defined muscles.
Firstly, let’s see how to get ripped with cardio; if you're the bulky guy, then this is what you should do. Immediately after weight training slot in cardio vascular exercises, which should be collected of a mixture of fast, slow and long cardio. This should be done at least seven times in a week on an empty stomach so as to ensure quick fat loss.
However, it’s advisable to take protein drink so as to avoid losing off the muscles. On the other hand, if you're skinny; do not combine cardio with weights, repeat at most 4times a week, do not perform cardio on an empty stomach, keep the sessions as less as 30 minutes i.e. they shouldn’t be long and make sure you take protein-carb drinks after training.
