I used to be skinny and lean – bordering on looking malnourished and emaciated. I really found it difficult to gain weight. I ate a lot but was unable to register a significant amount of weight on the weighing scale. I was what they called an ectomorph, and as such, was destined to burn calories so fast I could not gain weight or body mass, no matter how I tried to.
I envied guys who looked so masculine with their muscled frame. I felt scrawny and insecure at their side. I made the gym my home in the hope that I, too, could be like these guys. I was disappointed...and frustrated. Nothing seemed to work for me – not all the weight lifting or the calorie-dense meals I took. My self-esteem plummeted with my constant bouts of failure.
I was seriously considering taking steroids and hormone-injections to bail me out of the rut I was in. Thankfully, I discovered a program intended for people like me.
Now I can stand confidently next to a muscled, athletic-looking body-lifter. For I have become what I thought would remain simply a dream. I would like to share with you the secret to my success.
